“I strongly uphold the research and evidence that supports the fact that physical activity is associated with improved academic achievement including daily grades and standardized testing while it builds healthier bodies. Strategically placing “Activity Works” in the middle of a long morning or afternoon of academics increases the blood flow to the students’ brains, wards off boredom and improves concentration, getting them back on track to learning important concepts.”
